This arrangement is designed for a collaboration between a Men’s/Tenor Bass vocal ensemble and a children’s ensemble. The children’s ensemble sings the melody of “What a Wonderful World” during most of the arrangement, while the Tenor Bass ensemble sings supporting and sophisticated harmonies. The phrase “I hear babies cry, I watch them grow…” is given to the Tenor Bass ensemble, and the children come back in as the arrangement builds to a thrilling climax before unwinding to an quiet, reflecting ending.
